FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL

Antonio Cardoso

Antonio is a design and project leader with experience spanning the United States and Europe. His work has moved from luxury retail and technically detailed interiors to large-scale workplace, laboratory, sports, entertainment, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cGMP project delivery.

Across roles at CRB, HOK, STUDIOS Architecture, Quezada Architecture, Studio O+A, MBH Architects, and other practices, his work has centered on connecting design intent with the people, decisions, systems, and coordination required to deliver complex projects.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Minho in Portugal and completed an Erasmus exchange year at Università Roma Tre in Italy. KAMI is built around the same combination of international perspective, disciplined execution, and human-centered thinking.

Human-centered. Collaborative. Place-driven. Built for lasting impact.

KAMI’s visual and working language is intentionally quiet: strong structure, generous space, clear hierarchy, and materials or decisions that earn their place.

That same mindset carries into project leadership - fewer surprises, better alignment, and a process that keeps the essential idea visible from start to finish.
